Cancellation of orders must be made prior to shipping the items ordered. Once the item is in the queue to be shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation. In this case, we can offer a refund once the item is returned to us. We can cancel the order if we receive notification of your cancellation request “prior” to shipping out the ordered items. Once the product has shipped, a cancellation is no longer possible, but a return can be made. When you cancel your order, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except extra expenses that resulted from the fact that you have chosen a different delivery method) than the free standard delivery offered by Leaves of Eden CBD). This does not include charges due to the means of payment you have chosen. If the payment service provider through which you have made your payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.) does not refund the charges incurred during the purchase, we have the right to deduct these charges from the amount of the refund.
